I am aiming at becoming a business automation expert but i am self taught

Hi everyone, basically i am a self taught web dev (currently mastering only html , css ,js and some c)

I have a dream of becoming a business automation expert , i have a business of my own(car parts salles) which i am digitizing and improving all of its aspects (inventory system , crm ,ecommerce website...) to improve its workflow , save time and maybe improve its ROI
My true objective is using this experience to offer business automation to all sorts of businesses as a solo freelancer
I would love to hear your thoughts about this
