An Event Company Website Has to Fill the Seats, Not Just Show the Dates

Most event-company sites read like a poster — dates, a gallery, a phone number. A visitor deciding between three planners does not need another poster; they need the brief journey finished on the page: what the event is, who it is for, what it costs to attend or enquire, and one clear next step. That is the job of an event company's website.

What the page must do:

  1. Sell the event before the ads do — headline, date, venue area and audience in the first screen.
  2. Answer the brief questions — packages, capacity, past event types — without a phone call.
  3. One enquiry path, on WhatsApp, that works on a phone in under a minute — a direct WhatsApp route.
  4. Bilingual where the audience needs it, Arabic and English, not a machine-translated afterthought — a bilingual build.

The failure mode: galleries without dates, enquiry forms nobody answers on the day, and ticket/registration details buried three clicks deep. Every extra step is a seat left empty.

What we build for: corporate events, exhibitions, weddings and private events, conferences — the structure is the same, the proof changes (photos, formats, enquiry flow).
