Real-World Books aims to fill tech's huge gap: real-world skills for junior devs beyond academics. "Real-World Architecture for Junior Devs," covers messy code, cloud, AI, Git, debugging, career growth & more - bridge theory to reality.
Real-World Books and it's companion blog was created to fill an existing major gap in tech. Namely, the large void between what a developer learned in the classroom in college or bootcamps and what they need to know for day 1 of their first real-world job. As a senior software engineer myself who has mentored many junior developers over the years, I can attest that gap is very wide and only widening.
My first book, "Real-World Architecture for Junior Devs" covers 19 chapters and 300+ pages and is the first in a planned "Real-World" series of books.
