I Already Know React Js, Should i also Learn Angular JS, and over the both of them, which would you prefer Angular or React

I think you are good with React, since it is more used. Try to start making a lot of Projects with it or just learn other technologies that let you to build other things, instead of other Frontend frameworks or libraries.
