This aims to outline the ‘Approach’ to start the journey with Approach, Methods, and Tools.
This approach is defined in the format of a ‘Top-Down Approach’ that starts from ‘Enterprise’ to ‘Strategy’ and concludes with ‘Build’. The core objective is to bring the ‘Business Objectives’ into the ‘Enterprise’ direction to form objectives that support products and further strategize the objectives to achieve business goals as per enterprise needs. It is driven by the support of building necessary processes, standards, and guidelines to achieve product accessibility.
