So the work on your CV was almost certainly produced with assistance, the work at the company you are interviewing with is almost certainly produced with assistance, and both of you know it. Yet the interview format — a person asking you to account for work you did — was designed for a world where the person typing and the person deciding were the same person. Candidates therefore get caught between two failure modes.
