What this guide is, and who it is for This is a plan for the thirty days after an AI team stops existing. It is written for the engineer whose team was dissolved in a reorganisation, whose startup ran out of money, whose role was consolidated into somebody else's, or who was told that the function is being absorbed by a platform team in another country. It assumes you are competent, that the decision was not about your performance, and that you now have a small number of weeks in which the order of your actions matters more than their intensity.
