Spent today working on a set of tools that generate coding challenges tailored to the actual codebase our dev team works with. The idea is to create challenges that reflect real parts of the system, so developers can get more familiar with code they might not have originally written but still need to own. It seems like a good way to keep everyone aligned and sharpen their understanding of key components without relying solely on documentation or ad hoc learning. Still iterating on the best formats and difficulty levels, but I think this approach could help keep the team on the same page and more confident in their code ownership.
