A message to Anthropic (Claude Code). f a company charges a monthly subscription but cannot clearly explain why it terminated a customer's account, then there is a transparency problem.
I am not questioning a company's right to enforce its rules. What I am questioning is the fact that a customer can be left without knowing exactly what they did wrong.
After this experience, I started looking for alternatives and discovered that the AI market is far more competitive than I had imagined. Today there are solutions with more complete features, better integration with other tools, greater technological independence, and less risk from relying on a single provider.
For me, trust and transparency are just as important as the quality of the technology. When those two things fail, I immediately start looking for alternatives."
So here is my message to Anthropic: you should show more respect for your customers.
I was removed from your platform without knowing why. Even after sending three emails asking for the reason behind the suspension, I was never told what I had allegedly done wrong. To this day, I still do not know what happened.
I have already found a solution with a competitor. Codex (ChatGPT) works very well for my needs.
I do not accept being treated the way your company treated me.
So here is my wish for the future: I hope there never comes a day when you have to desperately chase customers, because if this is how customers are treated, I would not want your service even if it were free. PS The intent of this message is not to get my account back you already lost me as client. my intention is to share my experience as much as possible to other users.

Sorry you got hit with this - opaque suspension of a paying account with no recourse is genuinely infuriating, and it's not unique to one vendor; it's the structural risk of building your workflow on a single provider who can pull the rug with a form letter. The lesson most people only learn the hard way: if one account suspension can halt your work, you have a single point of failure you don't control.
The hedge is being model-agnostic by design - so a suspension or price hike from any one lab is an inconvenience, not an outage.
