Recent discovery in watchOS 27.2 reveals a hidden feature flag related to screenshot management. Currently, watchOS triggers a direct transfer to the paired iPhone via the Bridge framework. The new implementation suggests a local preview UI layer, likely utilizing SwiftUI or a specialized UIKit overlay, allowing users to handle UIImage buffers before transmission. This indicates a shift toward more granular control over system-level media capture events.
