Hi All!
I would like to learn more about Machine Learning and video analyzis - what would be the best approach to do it? At first I would like just to cut out videos when a human is detected and later on maybe try to identify them.
Seeking for advice for where to start!

take 1 frame every second, and use opencv? ;)
