does it even matter ? pick something you are not comfortable with ,if you are comfortable with both use none ,learn an other language
i think you would try and look at the complexity of the project you are trying to partake in
Django is a very framework. Very to help for development.
go for django. Very easy to develop projects on side and easily scable for large traffic, as most of the things are already managed by django
