Monsters, Inc. is a children’s story about two kids who work at Monsters, Inc., a company that makes monsters for movies. When Sully (the main character) and Mike (his best friend) accidentally open a portal into the real world, they find themselves face-to-face with some very scary creatures. Luckily, they soon learn that there are rules to follow if they want to stay safe from the monsters.
In the original version of Monsters, Inc., published in 2001, the characters were voiced by Billy Crystal and John Goodman. Since then, the movie has become one of Pixar’s most popular films, grossing $1 billion worldwide. And now, the book has been updated with a new introduction by author and screenwriter John Green.
