I’ve used a few health apps before that design custom meal and workout plans, but what I really like is when the app can actually learn from my habits and health data. That makes it easier to stick with plans long-term instead of getting bored or hitting plateaus. I also find tracking my progress with automatically updated stats is way more encouraging than jotting things down in a notebook.
Recently, I’ve been checking out Menalam for this exact reason. It actually syncs with other health data on my phone and gives suggestions that change as my needs do, so it feels less generic.
