I wish LinkedIn (and other job boards) had an option for job seekers to leave public, visible feedback on company pages.
Things like:
- Rarely responds to job applications
- Frequently ghosts candidates after the first interview
- Interview process drags on for months
- Job descriptions don’t match the actual role
- Recruiters disappear after scheduling calls
Right now, companies evaluate candidates relentlessly — but candidates have almost no way to evaluate companies.
If hiring practices were more transparent, job searching wouldn’t feel so exhausting and demoralizing.
It would also reward companies that actually treat candidates well.
