JavaScript is great, sure, but your best tool you can work on is empathy. The ability to feel and think of what someone else might be feeling. This will help in a big way with any team situation during your software engineering career. In general, your soft skills should be the thing you work on the most over your career.
Heads up: As with any terse bit of advice, there will be exceptions of course, and subtleties and nuance that can't possibly be captured in a Byte of Wisdom. This has been what I've experienced, I'd love to hear yours in the comments too!
