As a former non-reader, I have always struggled to read a book. Often, I find them uninteresting, boring, lacking a new perspective and so on.
So how did I reach this book you might ask?
To put it bluntly- I picked up this book purely for an internship assignment and to my surprise I actually.....liked it!? So if you are like me, and you find reading frustrating, here is a 'not so frustrating' book for you.
The author- "Sree Krishna Seelam", talks about "5 habits" a person should include in their daily routine. Each chapter title is an invitation from the author and a sneak-peak to the habit he hints at you to pick up.
You didn't quite understand? Thats okay, here is an example; The first chapter- "Arise, Awake and Kickass!", very simply tells you to set an intentional routine for your day to make the most of it. While the fourth chapter "Live a 100 lives" tells you to be literate regardless of categories that put you in a box like "fiction" and "non-fiction" which are present on the book covers itself.
The book puts the idea of a "guideline" that a person should use to understand life while also covering societal loopholes and societal pressures making it easy for you to relate to it. It includes others qualities like, the essence of adventure in life, the need for curiosity, time management and so on.
So finally, if you would like to drink shots of honesty with a side of facts with every pageflip then this book is going to be your bestfriend.
But hey! Having trouble finding the book? No worries I got you!
Oh! Did I mention it's free? Read away without putting a dent in your pocket!
