Participating in the 5-Day AI Agents Intensive was a transformative experience for me. Before joining, I had only a basic understanding of how AI systems work. But through the intensive, I learned how modern AI agents are designed, how they interact with tools, and how they solve real-world tasks in an autonomous way.
One of the biggest takeaways for me was understanding how agents plan, reason, and take actions instead of just answering questions. Concepts like tool use, chaining tasks, prompt design, and structured reasoning helped me clearly see how powerful AI can be when combined with the right workflows. The practical exercises made everything feel real and approachable.
I especially enjoyed working with Kaggle’s notebook environment, experimenting with prompts, and seeing how small prompt changes influenced an agent’s performance. It was exciting to watch an AI system break down a complex problem into steps and generate meaningful outputs.
Another important learning was the importance of evaluation, safety, and reliability. I understood that building an agent is not just about making it “work,” but making it predictable, responsible, and aligned with user goals. This gave me a more professional perspective on AI development.

I now feel comfortable exploring advanced topics like workflow automation, model fine-tuning, and end-to-end agent design.
