I built AVENIX — an AI personal assistant SaaS designed to help people manage their goals, tasks, plans, memory, and personal context in one place.
The idea behind AVENIX is simple:
AI should not just answer questions. It should understand the user, remember useful context, help organize their life, and support their progress over time.
AVENIX currently includes:

• Long-term AI Memory
• Goals & Goal Guardian
• Tasks & Planning
• Calendar / Scheduling
• Personal Context
• Progress Statistics
• User Dashboard
• Paid plan / monetization system
The project is already a working MVP. The paid features and monetization structure are prepared, but I have not connected the payment provider yet. I wanted the future owner to choose the payment provider and business model that fits them best.
I want to be completely transparent: AVENIX currently has no paying users or revenue.
I'm looking for someone who sees the potential in the project and wants to take it further — whether that's an acquisition, partnership, or helping turn the MVP into a real SaaS business.
I built the project because I believe the combination of AI + personal memory + goals + productivity can become something much more useful than a traditional chatbot.
