Bulk QR Codes With Your Logo — Free, From a CSV, No Paywall

Most "free" bulk QR generators do one of two things the moment you want a logo on your codes: slap on a watermark, or push you to a paid plan. The bulk QR code generator now embeds your logo in every code in the batch — free, no watermark, all in your browser.

Branded QR codes, in bulk

Generate up to 500 QR codes from a pasted list or a CSV, and apply a single logo to all of them in one pass. Perfect for:

  • A product range where every SKU links to its own page — all carrying your brand mark
  • Event badges, table tents, or flyers across a campaign
  • Packaging and print runs that need a consistent, on-brand look

Upload a logo once, generate, and download the whole set as a ZIP.

The catch with logos — and how it's handled

A logo covers part of the QR code, so without enough redundancy the code can stop scanning. QR codes have four error-correction levels — L (~7%), M (~15%), Q (~25%), H (~30%) — that control how much of the code can be obscured and still read.

When you add a logo, the tool automatically switches to level H and keeps the logo to about 40% of the centre, so your codes stay reliably scannable. You can also set the error-correction level yourself if you're printing very small or expecting wear.

How to make branded bulk QR codes

  1. Open the bulk QR code generator
  2. Paste your URLs (one per line, optionally url, label) or upload a CSV
  3. Click Customize → Upload logo, and tweak colors or dot style if you like
  4. Generate, then Download ZIP

Everything runs client-side — your list, your logo, and the generated codes never leave your browser.

Always test before a big print run

Scan a couple of the generated codes with your phone before committing to hundreds of prints — especially if you've lowered the error-correction level or used a busy logo.
