Our long-term vision is to explore the foundations of increasingly general and capable intelligence, including the scientific challenges surrounding artificial general intelligence and hypothetical artificial superintelligence. We will pursue this ambition through open research, measurable progress, transparent evaluations, responsible development, and collaboration between humans and AI.
We envision a future in which anyone can learn to work with AI, contribute to open-source innovation, accelerate scientific discovery, and participate in humanity's exploration of Earth and the universe.
