My discovery
During college I discovered that listening to music which has lyrics completely throws off my jam and makes it hard for me to focus.
Yes I learned this the hard way
For moments when I need to focus really well I tend to listen to Jazz, Lofi, Classical, Acoustic, or basically anything instrumental.

Mostly Spotify playlists made up of songs without lyrics. I think Mellow Beats is one that I enjoy a lot.
Also canβt go wrong with lofi hip hop
Yeah I do the same. But I've also created personal work productivity songs made up of a mixture of my favorite songs without lyrics.
There was this really obscure college radio station in Miami that I used to stream that used to be good for concentrating but the DJs graduated and now I don't anymore.
Aww makes sense. That's kind of cool.
