I just finished my first proper project using vanilla js that is not a to-do-list lol. I was thinking about using October to dive into REACT but actually have a portfolio-worthy project at the end of it. Do you think its a good idea to do the 5hrs of NetNinja's react course on Youtube and do his TodoList, then do the Gatsby site by Andrew mead? I can customise his site and use it as a portfolio project?
The other option is to do the 40hr Udemy course which will take me a month and not a great project at the end of it, ideally I want to have a react website at the end of the month to add to my Arsenal before I start looking for jobs. Currenly I have:
- A weather App ( basic vanilla JS)
- A Web Dev flash card quiz app , reformatted to OOJ
I live in the UK and im not fussed where I get a job
Thank you in advance
