Thấy mình đang tìm 10 team để test — approach này khá thực tế thay vì chỉ đăng landing page chờ sign-up. Indie dev thường bị kẹt ở chỗ: CI/CD setup mất thời gian, monitoring thì lại quá heavy cho team nhỏ.

Vài điều mình quan tâm nếu được thử:

• Onboarding mất bao nhiêu phút để một repo mới có thể deploy lên staging/production?
• Có support monorepo không? (Nhiều indie project gom FE/BE/shared lib trong một repo)
• Secret management handle như thế nào — có tích hợp sẵn với 1Password/Bitwarden CLI không?
• Rollback strategy khi deploy lỗi: one-click hay phải chạy script thủ công?

Nếu phù hợp với stack hiện tại (Docker + GitHub Actions + small K8s/VPS) thì mình rất muốn test thực tế trên side project đang maintain (site: labagent .tech)
