I have a lot of empathy for new developers today.
There is so much media, hype, and bullshit out there that you might not know what skills and tools to learn, develop, and build with.

Startups with young inexperienced teams get hyped up on Hacker News and Medium posts about what Google and Netflix are doing -- never mind the face that startups have no scale and no customers. I want to start sharing and talking more about making better choices and having honest conversations about scale, user experience, and using the right tools for the right job.
You don't have to be a HYPE-DRIVEN-DEVELOPER!
