Hey there, awesome Dev.to community!
Today marked the first day of my personal coding journey as part of the #100DaysCoding challenge, and let me tell you, it was exhilarating! I promised myself that I would make coding a part of my daily routine, and I'm excited to share my experiences with you all.
Highlights of My Day:
I kicked things off by diving into some practice problems on Geeks for Geeks, focusing on the basic level. As I worked through the challenges, I encountered a few stumbling blocks along the way. But hey, that's part of the learning process, right?
When I hit a roadblock, I turned to the trusty tool of every programmer: Google(well Chatgpt tbh). I looked up specific parts of the problems I was struggling with and found some great insights that helped me navigate through the challenges.
But that wasn't all! I also delved into a C++ tutorial for creating a digital clock. Although I haven't finished it yet, I'm already absorbing a wealth of knowledge. I got hands-on experience using headers like windows.h
, dos.h
, conio.h
, and time.h
, which expanded my understanding of these essential libraries.
What's Next?
I'm eagerly looking forward to tomorrow's coding session. There's something incredibly satisfying about this process—learning, implementing, and growing each day. I'm determined to make steady progress and eventually complete that digital clock project.
Oh, and here's an exciting tidbit: I decided to capture today's coding session in a time-lapse video! 🎥 If you're curious about my coding setup (which is just a desk and laptop ngl) and workflow, head over to my Instagram account @coders_kernel. I'll be sharing this video there, so you can get a glimpse into my coding adventure.
