MEDSYNC

Personal Healthcare Reminder & Adherence Assistant

Tagline: Don't just remind patients about tablets. Sync their entire healthcare journey.

The Problem

Patients, especially elderly ones, juggle medicines, injections, scans, and follow-up appointments from paper prescriptions. Doses get missed, appointments are forgotten, and doctors have no reliable record of what actually happened between visits.

Our Solution

MedSync turns a prescription into one organized healthcare schedule, reminds the patient at the right time, records every response, and produces a factual report for the next consultation.

Prescription → Schedule → Reminder → Response → Record → Consultation Report

Key Features
Prescription upload: PDF, image, or camera photo, with a review-and-confirm step. Nothing becomes active until the patient confirms, so there are no silent OCR errors.
Unified schedule: 💊 medicines, 💉 injections, 🔬 scans/tests, and 🩺 appointments in one reminder engine.
Smart reminders: configurable per event, with advance alerts for scans and appointments.
Medication escalation: up to 3 alarms at configurable intervals, then guardian notification, then call escalation.
Guardian Safety Mode: automatically enabled for patients aged 60+.
Type-specific tracking: Taken/Delayed/Missed for medicines, Completed/Rescheduled/Missed for scans, and so on.
Healthcare timeline and history: one chronological view of everything.
Healthcare Activity Report: printable PDF with adherence %, injection and test summaries, appointment history, and escalation summary, based only on stored facts.
Safety First

MedSync is a reminder and record-keeping tool, not a medical advisor. It never invents medicines or dosages, never changes treatment, and never gives diagnoses. Every schedule is patient-confirmed.

Who It Helps

Elderly patients, people on long-term treatment, caregivers managing a family member's care, and doctors who want a clear adherence history.
