Core UI - Open-Source Dashboard Template

CoreUI is meant to be the UX game changer. Pure & transparent code is devoid of redundant components, so the app is light enough to offer the ultimate user experience.

CoreUI offers 6 versions: Bootstrap, Angular, Laravel, React.js, Vue.js, and Vue.js + Laravel (full-stack).

But CoreUI is not just another Admin Template. It goes way beyond hitherto admin templates thanks to transparent code and file structure. And if that's not enough, let’s just add that CoreUI consists bunch of unique features and over 1000 high-quality icons.

✨ CoreUI Flask

Open-source Flask Dashboard generated by AppSeed op top of a modern design. Flask is a lightweight WSGI web application framework. It is designed to make getting started quick and easy, with the ability to scale up to complex applications.

Compared to his older brother Django, Flask provides a lightweight codebase and more freedom to the developer. This might be a good thing because you have more freedom in terms of app design and structure but at the same time, this freedom might inject problems when your application becomes complex.

✨ CoreUI Django

Django is a high-level Python Web framework that encourages rapid development and clean, pragmatic design. Built by experienced developers, it takes care of much of the hassle of Web development, so you can focus on writing your app without needing to reinvent the wheel. It’s free and open source.

It sure looks as every bit as free and OSS as CoreUI-free is... Maybe even more so, since it isn't a cut-down version of a "Pro" suite of templates like CoreUI-free is. But "components"?? No. While there are partials and SCSS that can be modified and compiled with Gulp - this is definitely not a component kit like CoreUI and CoreUI-Pro are.

Finally, I should mention that I think CoreUI is one of the, if not THE, best Admin Template available and I think it's every bit worth the cost of ownership, which supports further development and gives you a few extra components and plugin integrations (FullCalendar/DataTables) that come already integrated for you. I currently hold an Enterprise license, which gives you access to all the templates, a (rather old now) Sketch file for mockups, and access to the Pro GitHub repos.

What's meant by "iconic material-based design"? This is Bootstrap through and through, so I hope this isn't in reference to the "Material Design" system - which this has absolutely nothing to do with.
