Farmers in The Gambia often lose crops to diseases they spot too late, and good advice isn’t always within reach. So I built FarmAI to put it in their hands.
What it does:
🌿 Disease detection: upload a photo of a crop leaf and get a diagnosis
🌱 Crop recommendation: find out what suits your soil and conditions
🌦️ Weather: forecasts to plan planting and harvesting
📈 Yield prediction: estimate what your harvest could look like
💬 AI chat (Gemini): ask farming questions in plain language
📲 SMS alerts: reach farmers on basic phones through Africa’s Talking
🗂️ History: keep track of past scans and advice
