Most indexing advice is written for Google. My site is Korean, so I also had to deal with Naver and Daum, and a few things behaved differently from what I expected. These are notes from doing it by hand, not a recipe.
Naver Search Advisor
- Sitemaps and RSS feeds can be registered once. Submitting the same one again returns an "already registered" message, so a sitemap is not a way to announce a single new page.
- For one new page, the "web page collection" request under the Request menu is the tool. You paste a URL and submit; the request shows up in a list afterwards.
- I send a request right after each new page goes live, rather than batching them later.
Daum Webmaster Tools
- Login needs the site URL plus a PIN code you issue yourself. The session expired on me after a while, so it is not a login you can rely on staying open.
- Each URL goes through a collection request with a confirmation popup. It is manual, one URL at a time.
Google Search Console
- The sitemap is read automatically. For individual pages I keep a queue and request indexing in small daily batches by hand, because the Indexing API is meant for job postings and livestreams, not general pages.
What I cannot say yet
I have no data showing that these requests speed anything up. A page that appears in a search engine later might have appeared anyway. I am logging the date of each request and the date the page first shows up, and I will compare after a few weeks.
If you have run a Korean site, I would like to know whether you see a difference between Naver and Daum collection times.

Logging the request date against the first-appearance date is the right instinct, and I like that you are saying plainly it may have appeared anyway. To separate the effect from the noise, leave a few comparable pages unrequested as a control and compare median time-to-appear between the two groups. Even 5 to 10 pages each would tell you more than the before and after view. Are you seeing any difference yet between Naver and Daum for pages with the same publish date?
