✅ Challenge while supporting — growth happens outside comfort zones.

✅ Mentoring ≠ Managing. It’s about guiding, not directing.

✅ Encourage self-awareness and independent thinking.

✅ Build confidence, not dependence.

✅ Lead by example — be someone worth learning from.

✅ Give honest, respectful feedback that empowers.
