With WordPress, once you start adding plugins and big themes, things can get slow. It’s also a big target for hacks, so you’re always updating something. And if you want a very custom or super-fast site, modern stacks like Next.js, Astro, or a headless CMS usually give you more control.
That's the hurdle!
