NcrBook: nonconformances without the fragile quality spreadsheet

Open NCRs age in a shared workbook. Scrap cost is a guess. The quality meeting asks for Pareto by part and “how much did escapes cost us this month?”

NcrBook is a free, local-first nonconformance and cost-of-quality workpaper for manufacturing QA. No account. No upload.

What you get

  • NCR register: part, lot/defect qty, severity, source, disposition
  • Cost of quality: scrap, rework labor, containment, external failure
  • Open aging buckets and customer-escape flag
  • Pareto by part and supplier
  • Full CSV, open chase list, CoQ summary

Honest limits

Not a controlled QMS or CAPA system. CoQ is a workpaper estimate from the costs you enter.
