My First VSCode Theme -- Dark Lavender

This is my first VSCode theme -- Dark Lavender, design with material colors.

This is a high color diversity theme, purple is the main color for active item so I name it Dark Lavender. Language keyword is render in italic to make developer can tell from how the code look like.
