Title: Why 'Show, Don't Tell' is the Future of LLM Education

For most developers, the internal mechanics of a Transformer model are just a series of matrix multiplications hidden behind a Python library. But as LLMs become more integrated into our stack, understanding 'why' a model produces a specific output is becoming a core skill.

I’ve been experimenting with ways to visualize attention mechanisms using browser-native technologies like WebGL. The goal is to move away from static diagrams and into interactive environments where you can see the weights shift as you type. This is the core philosophy behind Neural Viz Lab—an educational platform where you can play with LLM logic in real-time.

Do you think interactive visualizations help more than reading the original papers, or do they oversimplify the complexity? I'd love to hear how other devs are bridging the gap between high-level API calls and low-level architectural understanding.
