This is a simple VueJS, and a concept for time picker. It may be used for an actual application, or just a simple timepicker, for web based application, or website (or whatever related to html, css, javascript).
The illustration will change to 'day', if the time is between 6:00 am to 5:59 pm. Otherwise, the illustration will change to 'night'.
i18n (internalization) is included, though I don't speak many languages, so I just written here all the languages I speak.
