I recently tested a simple AI video workflow using only:
One still portrait
One short audio clip
No motion-capture data
No manually created keyframes
The goal was to see whether a static concert image could be transformed into a believable singing performance.
I used TalkPix AI to generate an unofficial Black or White-inspired fan tribute. The system created synchronized mouth movement along with changes in facial expression, eye direction, and head position.
The resulting clip is approximately 14 seconds long and was generated without recording any new video.
This workflow could be useful for animated characters, educational content, digital storytelling, historical-photo projects, memes, and short-form social media content.
