Higgsfield Raises $400M Series B at $5.4B Valuation to Scale AI Video Platform
Higgsfield announced a $400 million Series B at a $5.4 billion valuation on August 17, 2026. Annualized revenue reached $700 million, up from roughly $20 million a year earlier, and enterprise customers now drive the majority of revenue across 390 Fortune 500 companies.

The round more than quadruples Higgsfield’s $1.3 billion valuation from January 2026. The company plans to use the capital for research and development, global infrastructure, AI talent hiring, and go-to-market expansion. It also launched Higgsfield Academy and is preparing Higgsfield For Good in September 2026 to help schools and nonprofits localize visual learning materials.
