Frontend/Fullstack Engineer,

About the Company

Cazana provides automotive insights for the future of vehicle ownership. Using big data and predictive analytics, Cazana analyses millions of automotive transactions daily to assess the value and risk associated with every vehicle on the road.

Cazana's systems are used by manufacturers, finance companies, dealerships and insurers globally. Companies use Cazana’s data to provide vehicles to the modern automotive consumer who is in search of mobility, not ownership.

Our small team is growing fast, in-part thanks to our rapid revenue growth and supported by our recent investment by leading VCs Passion Capital and Payman Pouladdej. We’re very keen to create a high-performing culture whilst having fun. We’re fixing some extremely interesting problems that have the potential to completely disrupt the multi-billion pound used car industry and we’re looking for people that are passionate about working to solve interesting problems with the latest technology and agile working practices.

About the role

Ideally, you will have some commercial experience building web apps. We are continuously creating new products to introduce to our customers, and we want someone who can envisage applications, get stuck in and be a creative pair of hands from the get-go.

You’ll help us design, build and deploy groundbreaking products from the ground up. You will work across the full stack, but the focus will be on building modern web applications. Our core stack is built on Node, serving a Vue frontend.

Writing clean, elegant, simple, testable code.
Working with the product team, and fellow developers to plan features, create specifications, and estimate effort.
Building and implementing reusable components across all our products
Learning whatever technology is necessary to get a job or feature done well.

What we’re looking for:

Mark-up skills (HTML, SASS) This is your bread and butter.
Experience using a modern frontend library* (e.g. React, Vue, Angular2)
Experience designing, building and interacting with APIs

Nice to have:

An eye for design and UX
Experience using front-end testing frameworks

Where do I apply?

Shoot me an email at with a short intro about yourself, what you can bring to the table.
