How to make a video calling website in python flask?

I want to make video calling website where people can call each other and do stream. I had searched a lot. In most of video its just a simple. When I ask someone they say use websockets and instruction are unclear. I really need a push what I have to really do, which library to learn? If you any materials from where I can learn step by step.
