Microsoft has a lot of deals on the table right now, and some of them are genuinely worth paying attention to - especially if you're sitting on an old E3 license or finally thinking about Copilot.
Enterprise Plans
The biggest upcoming news is Microsoft 365 E7 (the "Frontier Suite"), which bundles E5, the Entra Suite, Copilot, and Microsoft Agent 365 into a single SKU. It won't be transactable until May 1, 2026, but promotional pricing runs through year-end. The tiered discounts break down like this: 10% off for annual terms starting at 10 licenses, 15% off for annual terms starting at 100 licenses, and 15% off for three-year terms starting at 300 licenses.
For E5, there's a 15% discount for organizations that haven't purchased it before - available through June 30, 2026. If you're already on E3 or thinking about upgrading, Microsoft also offers targeted E3 incentives on a case-by-case basis through CSP. And both E3 and E5 carry a 10% discount on three-year terms, also through June 30.
Copilot
This is where Microsoft is pushing hardest. The "Copilot for All" program just got a significant update (effective April 13, 2026): the 80% Information Worker coverage threshold is gone, and the 40% discount tier dropped its minimum from 1,500 licenses to 1,000. That's a real change, not just marketing language.
The full discount ladder looks like this:
- 15% off - 10+ licenses (new Copilot customers getting started)
- 20% off - 100+ licenses (expanding to key teams)
- 30% off - 300+ licenses (broader rollout)
- 40% off - 1,000+ licenses (organization-wide deployment)
For SMBs (up to 300 users), Microsoft bundled Copilot directly into Business Standard and Business Premium:
- Business Standard + Copilot Business: $22/user/month (down from $33.50) - roughly 35% off
- Business Premium + Copilot Business: $32/user/month (down from $43.00) - roughly 25% off
- Standalone Copilot Business add-on: 15% off for existing eligible customers
Both bundles require annual commitment and are only available to new M365 commercial customers. Pricing runs through June 30, 2026.
