Are Google Developers Certifications worth it?

I was checking the Google Developers Certification for the Mobile Web Specialist and I'm wondering whether it is worth taking it, does anyone know?

Hey there! I completed my Android Developer certification last year from Google. I say it depends on the company you're applying for, if they need an experienced developer they might ask about a certification of big names like Google.

In India there's a 50-50% amount of importance. Some recruiters want it and some don't.

Thanks a lot for the info. I was thinking whether it was worth committing to it or not. I am leaning towards taking it and maybe the certificate won't be as useful but the knowledge will most probably ^{_^}

I do think so. I haven't done their certification for mobile as I do mobile development only occasionally. But I did the cloud related certificate.
