A brief background, my family owns an FRC licensed insurance company in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia called Amar Insurance (Amar Daatgal). As an insurance professional, I am not well versed in software development.
Our claims team faces numerous issues with our current legacy systems. From general lag, manually entering claim details / policyholder information, having to re-enter information between two systems.
I am currently looking for a full stack developer to help us develop a centralized claims software program that encompasses the entire life cycle of a claim from the initial request, all the way until a claim is closed.
This is our biggest focus at this current moment, we would also like to explore potentially automating claims MNT 5,000,000 (USD 1,400) and below.
