“API Design” and “API Review” skills

I've created a couple of skills for AI agents, “API Design“ and “API Review”, distilled from my book on APIs. Available here:

Can't say I'm fully satisfied with the result, but it definitely improves API design and is reasonably good at reviewing such designs.
