Xargaar Tools: small tools for the repetitive jobs in a small business

Most small businesses lose hours each week to the same few chores: checking a supplier's new price list, writing up a handover, tidying job paperwork, or working out whether a public contract date is a real lead.

We build small tools for those jobs. Each one does a single thing, so you can pick what fits and ignore the rest. There is no shared account and no bundled subscription.

Here is what is in the Xargaar Tools collection today:

  • Xargaar Accessibility Scanner - a free WordPress plugin that finds accessibility issues before your next website review.
  • PriceList Workbench - a browser-local tool for reviewing a supplier price increase against your catalog before you update it. Your files stay in your browser.
  • Handoff Studio - free early access. Turn screenshots into a step-by-step guide someone else can follow.
  • JobNeatly - a live app for contractors that keeps the scope of a job and the customer's approval in one record. Estimates are free. Open the app for current trial and paid-plan terms.
  • Global Contract Signals - a free, dated sample of public contract data for the UK, Australia and Canada, for researching context before you treat a date as a lead.

The hub also has free contractor templates and calculators (change order, markup and margin, invoice) that need no account.

A few things to know before you try them. Each tool has its own scope and limits, and the hub states them. Anything still in development is marked as such and is not available to buy.

Browse by the job you need done: https://xargaar-tools.pages.dev/

If one of the tools is close but not right, contact us through the hub and tell us what gets in the way.
