Here's a resource I find interesting about that. I do a lot of sport. I'm trying to do what interest me the most. If I don't have much fun, I stop (if I can...). I'm eating as healthy as possible. I sleep 7 to 8 hours. I totally gave up alcohol or any drug. I try to eat as less manufactured sugar as I can. This is from many experiments. It's tailored for me.
