For me, a good company culture is a culture where their values align with mine, and that all employees of that company adhere to. So the first question I have for companies is, what are your values? “why” do you do what you do?
can you give more life to your questions like what does things are ?
When you're asked the question "should I apply to work here?" and reasons why they definitely should not don't pop up in your head.
Should i apply to work here doesnt generalizes everyone like for interns getting job is good culture, for dev getting good pay is good culture which is only doesnt represent good culture.
