Protecting your files against accidental deletion

Records need to be shielded from any kind of unintentional deviation by employees.

To achieve this, select your file share
in the operations section
Select the snapshots.
Click +add snapshot.
select ok.
Select your snapshot, verify your file directory, and upload the file.

Restricting storage access to only selected virtual network
search for virtual network

Select Create and select your resource group.
Give the virtual network a name.
review and create.
deploy
Go to the resource.

In the settings section, click the subnets.
Select the default subnet.
Service endpoints choose Microsoft. Storage
save

In the storage account
In the security +networking section, select networking.
change the public network access to Enabled from selected virtual networks and IP addresses.
save changes.
