I’m a high school student who built a stress tool because I was tired of fake advice

I’m in high school, and I got tired of how generic stress advice feels.

When someone says they’re overwhelmed, the response is always:
“Manage your time better.”
“Just relax.”
“You’ll be fine.”

That stuff doesn’t actually help when you feel behind, pressured, or stuck.

So I built something small called Unjam.

It’s simple:
You type what’s bothering you.
It tries to figure out the real issue underneath it.
Then it explains why it feels heavy and gives one realistic next step.

Not therapy.
Not motivational quotes.
Just clarity + action.

I’m still refining it, especially making the responses feel genuinely human instead of robotic.
