Use Cases

Agent Lifecycle Management

  • Automate the onboarding and configuration of new AI assistants for specific departmental needs.
  • Standardize prompt engineering patterns across the organization to reduce development overhead.

Cross-Platform Tool Execution

  • Trigger complex actions across CRM, support, and communication platforms using a unified agent interface.
  • Execute multi-step data retrieval and update sequences without manual intervention.

Operational Process Optimization

  • Monitor and refine agent decision-making logic based on historical performance data.

Quick Start

1) Import the Flow into Uplizd

  1. Click the "Run on Uplizd" badge above to open the solution template.
  2. Select your workspace and click "Import Flow" to initialize the builder.
  3. Configure your API credentials for the target services in the integration settings.
  4. Ensure nodes are correctly connected: Chat Input → Agent → Composio Toolset → Chat Output.

2) Setup the Nodes

  • Chat Input: Acts as the entry point for user queries or automated triggers.
  • Agent: Processes the input using your defined system instructions and logic.
  • Composio Toolset: Executes external API calls based on the agent's requirements.
  • Chat Output: Delivers the final response or confirmation back to the user.

3) Run the Flow

Open the Playground and test your assistant with these prompts:

  • Initialize a new agent instance for the customer support team with read-only access to the CRM.
  • Update the system instructions for the lead qualification agent to prioritize high-intent signals.
  • List all active agents and their current toolset connection status.

Configuration

1) Language Model (Agent Node)

The agent requires clear instructions to manage tasks effectively. Recommended pattern:

  • Define the agent's specific role and scope of authority.
  • List the available tools and the conditions under which they should be invoked.
  • Set the tone and format requirements for the final output.

2) Composio Toolset Node

Provide your Composio API key and define the connection scope to allow the agent to interact with your chosen applications.

3) Tool Availability

  • CRM Connectors: Read/Write access to lead and opportunity data.
  • Communication APIs: Ability to send notifications or updates via email/Slack.
  • Data Utilities: Tools for formatting, parsing, and validating input data.
